1. Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur?

I am a person with concerns and after working in different companies, I decided to create my own business in a sector that I was familiar with. Being a businesswoman allows me to reconcile work and family life because I own my own time.

2. How did you succeed as an entrepreneur?

I spotted this opportunity because it was a need that was not being addressed in the area where I live so I decided to cover it by creating two businesses. The secret to success is basically based on providing a service that is not being offered; offering services and products of first quality at a competitive price.

3. What achievements have you accomplished as an entrepreneur?

I created two businesses that currently work well: a catering services and a ham slicing plant. This generates employment not only for me, but also for relatives and people around. My business is also a reference in the region in where I live.

4. What advice can you give to young Roma with regards to how to succeed in entrepreneurship?

You have to be creative. Detect the needs of your environment which you can cover. Use the existing resources around you. Envision your business. Believe in it. Set it up and running and put all your efforts in it.

5. Who is your role model?

My role models are my mother and my grandmother who have taught me many things, including pursuing my dreams, being humble and believing in what I do.
